How is my price worked out?
Each vehicle has a starting fare plus a rate per km. Load weight and any add-ons are added on top. The app shows the total before you confirm.
How do I pay?
Pay the driver in cash when the load arrives. Card payments are coming soon.
Which vehicles can I book?
Motorbike (up to 20 kg), bakkie or pickup (up to 500 kg), panel van (up to 1.5 tons), 4-ton truck and 8-ton flatbed.
What are the extras?
Cargo insurance (R30), loading helpers (R80), packing blankets (R45) and priority matching (R20). Heavier loads add a weight surcharge: R50 for 50 to 200 kg and R120 above 200 kg.
How will I know my load is safe?
You see the driver's name, photo and plate. You get a notification when the driver accepts, loads and delivers, and delivery is confirmed with a photo and a signature.
Where do you operate?
Pretoria is live now. Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and Ekurhuleni are coming soon.
How much do drivers earn?
Drivers keep 85% of every fare. EesyLoad's fee is 15%.
How do cash trips work for drivers?
The driver collects the fare from the customer and settles EesyLoad's 15% fee with us.

Making life eesy is what we are here for. EesyLoad connects people who need something moved with nearby drivers who have the vehicle to do it. Book a motorbike, bakkie, van or truck from your phone, see the price first and track your load until it arrives.
We are starting in Pretoria and expanding across South Africa. Drivers set their own hours, accept the loads that suit them and keep 85% of every fare.

How EesyLoad handles your information.
This policy covers the EesyLoad rider and driver apps and this website, operated by Maobane Innovations.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, phone number and profile photo.
- Driver details: your vehicle details and the documents you upload so we can review your account.
- Location: your pickup and drop-off addresses, and a driver's live location during a trip so the customer can track the load.
- Trip records: bookings, fares, add-ons, ratings, tips, chat messages, and the photo and signature taken at delivery.
- Device information: a device identifier and notification token so we can send you booking updates.
How we use it
- To match you with a driver or customer and run your trip.
- To calculate fares, fees and driver payouts.
- To send notifications about your booking.
- To review driver documents, keep the platform safe and handle support requests.
Who sees it
A customer sees their driver's name, photo and vehicle plate. A driver sees the pickup and drop-off details and the customer's name for the trip. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can edit your name and photo in the app. To ask for your data to be corrected or deleted, contact us using the details on the Contact page.
