Due to evolving health concerns, Eesyload has updated safety guidelines to help keep drivers and customers safe. Under these guidelines, drivers and customers must stay home if they have any illness or related symptoms, wear a face covering when required, maintain safe distancing during loading/unloading, and ensure good ventilation when possible. Drivers or customers who repeatedly violate these safety guidelines will be suspended. If a driver ever has a safety concern, like improper handling of items or non-compliance with guidelines, they can cancel the job without incurring a fee.
